headed to ID for the first time

Postby JJ Overkill » 08 16, 2015 •  [Post 1]

I got an invite to hunt with a friend up by sagle s/p? Looking forward to hunting a new state altogether. I'm hoping to keep my run going and put down my third elk in a row. Ill be heading there on the 10th of Sept and coming home on the 29th. Whats the weather like there during that time?

Hope you keep your streak alive ! It's thick up there. You probably won't need your spotting scope, or your binos for that matter. Thick, thick, thick...
Keep your eye out for Chanterelles !

Nice talking to ya RJ. Lots of good info. Maybe if I put one down fast we can meet up for a beverage or two.

Its ok Dave. We'll get a chance to hunt together again.
