Glassing?

How often and how long ? How far do you travel until you start glassing again ? Or do you only glass in the prime time morning and evening?

I will typically glass heavy early in the morning to find game, I also tend to glass heavy in the heat of the day if I am looking for muleys bedded down.

If not on game, I like to glass morning and evening. Middle of the day you can glass to try and find bedded animals.

Some areas lend themselves to glassing more than others. We have glassed up critters from miles away sometimes. Most of the Western game my friends and I have taken, were taken after we first "glassed them up".

Remember the old saying "let your eyes do the walking".
