Applying for tags in Multiple States

Has anyone used a service that will help you apply for numerous tags across several states? Giving you advice on areas and help you ensure you apply correctly, get your PPooints, and use them effectively?

I don't use a service but I spend a lot of time researching different states. Half the hunt for me is trying to put everything together to do DIY style hunts.

If one didn't have the time or the inclination, a application service could be handy.

I know Huntin Fool offers an application service but have never used it.
