Wyoming Bighorn Mountains

Postby jrnorton4 » 02 24, 2015 •  [Post 1]

Hi all,
We are hoping to get drawn in a few years to hunt in the Wyoming bighorn mountains, particularly on the Northeast side.
Anybody got any pics from up there? Have been told the terrain is tough. Thanks!

Nevermind, looks like we will never beat the points creep anyway.

Never say never in Wyoming. I know of people who drew the Regular... not the Special... Regular General Elk license with zero points.

Bighorns aren't as tough as some other areas.

With the random pool in WY one could possibly draw the hardest tag to draw in the state without any points! Not likely but possible!

Thanks for the encouragement, just frustrated. We are right on the edge of drawing. Maybe next year for elk, gonna try the antelope draw this summer.
