Unit 38 Type 9 Wyoming

Anyone out there hunted unit 38 before? I have a few questions if someone can help me out.

Haven't hunted there but you can't go wrong in the Bighorns as long as you do some homework. You'll need 6 points to draw that type 9 tag even in the Special draw.
