Holy catfish, it's been a looooong wait. I'm finally packed and ready to hear my elk cab (Duke) pull up in the morning to load up and head out. I wish all you cats the best of luck in your early season endeavors and thanks for providing all the elk talk throughout the year to keep the spark alive! Special thanks to Elknut1 and all he does for elk hunters and elk hunting, and, all the great sponsors here who do more than "sponsor". They continue to freely give their advice on calling, tactics, gear, etc., etc., without reservation (Indian Summer, Wapiti River Outdoors, Glacier Country Calls, Seek Outside, Elk Mountain Gear, Poison Arrow Gear, Clip Shot, etc., etc.). Onward to Elk Season 2014, Phase 1 - Roosevelt Elk in the Evergreen State!
