Colorado?

Postby dtrkyman » 06 11, 2014 •  [Post 1]

No draw for me in New Mexico or Montana so was thinking about Co. Units 78, 81, 851, 83. I am living in New Mexico and will be spending some time near these units and was curious if anyone had any general info about them?

Any one interested in hunting there? I am going solo if I go, still may try for a NM. landowner though?

81 has most accessible public land of those units, followed by 78. Almost no access in 851 except on (expensive) private or limited license public land. CPW has tons of info, and forum members here have written threads RE 81 and 78. Good luck!
