Welcome to dark side... Bow hunting is like a cult. Once you're in you'll never want to leave... It will drive you crazy, it will make you mad, It will even give you nightmares. But I can say that the taste of success is much sweater in my opinion then with a rifle. I enjoy both. However there is something about sneaking around in the woods getting right up next to them and punching a stick through them in the most humane way and bringing out your primitive instincts when you're tracking one, just so much coolier.

Hey Bryan, welcome to "the" elk forum buddy. Glad to have you at our campfire. Pull up a log, a beverage of choice, and join in the conversation. Congrats on passing your bow test. What state do you hail from?

Welcome to camp Drawnand pinned. Pull up a seat near the fire and join in the conversation. You will probably want to pour your own coffee. The last guy allowed Phanton16 to get him some coffee. When he was nearly finished he found a rubber worm on the bottom of the cup. That rubber worm is still around here somewhere.
