Archery ELK Hunting Partner SE Idaho and Utah

Hello,
I am looking for a dedicated Bow Hunting partner for 2014 and well beyond. I am looking to hunt in SE Idaho as my main focus and Central/North Eastern Utah as my yearly secondary option. I am accumulating points in Wyoming (1) and Colorado (2) as well so in future I would also hit those areas. My greatest hunting partner passed away 2 years ago and that year I started bow hunting. I have been successful those 2 years taking small Bulls in Utah, both in East Canyon. I also hunted in Central and SE Idaho those years unsuccessful and this past year in SE Idaho missed many many great chances at some impressive bulls. I have been hunting solo and this past year teamed up(the very loosest term) or was supposed 2 with a guy who ended up hunting a total of 4-5 days of which only 2 were full days, didn't help me haul out my ELK when I called him, didn't help scout in the preseason, couldn't produce cow calls, and basically made me feel like I was guiding him.
About me:
I am 34 years old in good shape and live in Murray, Utah. I spend the summer shooting and getting out and scouting the areas I plan to hunt as much as possible in July - Mid August. I like to hunt with a backpack and hike in and stay on the move for 2-4 days at a time. I try and get 2 weeks off during September to focus on my hunts and for 2014 this is my plan again. I am a beginner archery hunter, but I tend to be a one track mind sort of guy and I have fallen for ELK hunting. I loved ELK ever since the first time I heard and ELK bugle hunting with my Dad, I remember being intimidated and started trembling a bit when I thought he was going to pop out in front of me for a shot... I never did see that ELK. I do love the ELK calling and work on my sounds all the time weather at home or driving around. Outside of persistence this has been the key to my success, just about every situation I have been in where I was close to bulls was a result of calling. I dream of ELK hunting every single day, some days more than others.
I keep hearing that hunting in pairs is the way to hunt ELK, so obviously I need pursue that. I would like to team up with someone who shares my ambition for hunting ELK, is not a competitive self-first guy, who has time both in and out of the season to pursue knowledge and skills necessary, is willing to teach, learn, and share knowledge. Good luck to you on finding someone. I wish I could join you, I have the issue of getting to the mountains early enough to do a lot of scouting. Now come September I will be there about 16-18 days. Spend my time in Colorado with a couple other guys. I have been looking at Utah and Idaho for some new dirt.

Murray, Utah !?!? You might think about getting in touch with BB. He lives there and I'll bet he knows a bunch of hunters in that area.
