Unit36 Youth Hunt

Long time lerker, but first post for me. My 13year old son, his Grandpa, and myself are making a first time CO Elk hunt this December. Any tips or locals know of any private land accessible for a late December cow hunt? Any and all information is appreciated. We are coming from WI and can bribe landowners with fresh cheese curds!
