I leave tonight for a 4-day trip into the Elk mountains. I had thought that I'd have a friend along to help but he had other obligations . . . so Solo I go. I have a pretty good feeling about this weekend, I hope that by Monday morning my legs will be a wreck from packing out 5 loads worth of meat and horn.
