Colorado Drawing Odds???

Postby Indian Summer » 03 09, 2025 •  [Post 1]

Help! I have concluded that Colorado has one of the worst websites for finding information on draw odds. I’m in the process of doing some research for a mule deer hunt there.

I looked at the Primary Draw Post Draw Results. The unit I’m interested in isn’t on the list. There is the number below it then it skips 10 numbers and starts again. How can I find the drawing odds for a unit that is not on that list?

PM me, maybe I can help

Since archery will be all draw or nonresidents, they will be setting the quota for tags about the same number OTC tags as they sold for 2024. The kicker is that now you will have to specify a unit and that unit may be by it's self or grouped in with other units. The pref point book only list what units that were draw in 2024 and nothing about what was OTC in 2024. So you don't get draw statistics for anything that was OTC in 2024. In the 2025 Draw reports it only shows about 1/2 a page of archery draw statistics for 2024

I’m interested in rifle mule deer licenses that have not been otc. I’ll have 14 points.

Use them. In 2028 the hard to obtain unit tags will go to 50% based on points and 50% to an open lottery

I discovered that since I subscribe to OnX Elite it is easy to find draw odds and other information for specific units. Nice OnX!
