Filled my idaho bear tag this spring. Have an idaho lion tag, 3 wolf tags, and 2 washington bear tags, and lion tag in my wallet. Im leaving for alaska sept 1st, or thereabouts, and the job could go long, so i may or may not be home in time for rifle elk season. If i am, i will buy a washington elk tag. Probably wont be buying a deer tag this year. The deer numbers here have gotten so bad, id rather just go out and hunt cats, or go to idaho and hunt wolves. With the way wdfw is mismanaging our deer herd into oblivion i dont want to give them the money for a tag on general principle. Ill have plenty of bear meat, i wont starve if i dont kill a deer.

So in summary... 2 bear tags, 2 lion tags, and 3 wolf tags are in my wallet right now. And an elk tag may or may not appear this fall

I’m barely hunt my home state of Pa anymore. Just not tripping my trigger anymore. This year I burned 10 points for a Wyoming Region G deer license. It was a brutal winter but I’m lookin forward to spending 2 weeks all the way on top in the highest country around. Well… if I can walk by then.

I let my binos and scope do a lot of walking.

I drove some of the Kemmerer, Little America Lander roads in March and April. Lots of dead deer elk and Antelope... I read something about a particular basin one buck antelope returned. The snow was deep and stayed long. Game was living and feeding off the roads even the feral harse tried to make a living.

Didn't draw my WY resident limited quota elk, so back to General. Fortunate to draw my usual antelope tag with all of the tag cutbacks due to the severe winter. Planning on heading back to my roots in Missouri to hunt whitetail with my Dad while we still can.
