Yellow snow

Swedes recent thread on elk urine got me thinking. (Sorry)
So here is a poll asking if you ever grabbed a handful of elk urine yellowed snow to see what it smelled like.

Remember, this is a safe space. You will not be ridiculed. There is no right answer. Honest. (I can't find the fingers crossed emogie...)

I have not picked up yellow snow to investigate it. I know what yellow snow is, but I have picked up earth or duff that looked like it may have been urinated on to see if it had. I am not opposed to checking it out even if I may be thought an idiot. If I know an elk passed by a point a while ago, I feel better informed. :D So take that.

I want to talk to my lawyer before answering  Yes, I’m a “sniffer” for certain when I’m in elk country.

True Story: A lady was trying to talk to an elderly friend who was extremely hard of hearing. The way she was going about it was to over animate and offer too much detail. Finally, the elderly lady friend replied, "I am deaf. I am not stupid."
I think there are some comparisons that can be made here. : lol:

Just because.
I would think most hardcore elk hunters kind of like the rank musky smell of elk urine.

Im like many old-time trappers We inhale a bit more deeply when we get the light odor of a road kill ;) skunk
