Elknut apparel

Postby elkoholic » 12 15, 2012 •  [Post 1]

I posted this is the gear and equipment forum, but I wanted to post it here also as I think most are prone to looking through this forum. Who would like to see some Elknut apparel? Wouldn't it be nice to represent Paul and what he does wearing a tshirt, hat, sweater or anything. For me it would be awesome!! It will allow me to show my passion for elk and the name says it all "Elknut". What do you guys think?

I would end up with one for my birthday. :D
Last spring I got a knock-off version of "I eat elk" I wore it the first day of scout camp and got a lot of comments,..surprising all the boys and leaders that chase elk
My daughters would wear a nice womens cut top but not a plain T-shirt :!:
(and their dad would buy it for them) :P
Keep them simple, a bugling bull and and the website writen small , or a bull in the back and a pocket logo in front
beanies maybe just a logo

My brother had shirts done for his trapping videos,.. 500 for kids,, womens cut were gone quickly. he made the comment I really dont want a 3x wearing my shirt ;)

X2... Keep it simple to many put way too much flash into these and that keeps me from buying. I would buy a few and a beanie.

Yes, I've had requests for all of these items! Thanks a ton for your willingness to spread the word & show interest in wearing it & spreading it in one form or another! Camo Ball-Caps will be the 1st thing on the agenda!! Thanks!

As far as what the caps or decals should say, I think the word
'ElkNut' says it all...

I like the "Worse Than Wolves" subtitle. If you come out with an Elknut camo necktie, be sure it is a clip on. I doubt you have many followers here who know how to tie a regular one. LOL

How about an Elknut line of ladies camo lingerie? It could be sold, "Elknut's Secret", with "Worse than Wolves" on the attached label. Just make sure that none of that stuff shows up in hunting camp.

I like the decal idea as well. But, a good low profile hat with the elknut logo would be a great addition.

Goat Boy: Dad told me about seeing a man many years ago in eastern Oregon whom he thought was lost. Dad asked, and the older man responded "I don't care; I'm huntin." After that when the subject of getting lost, while in the field came up, one of us would usually reply, "It doesn't matter we are hunting." That is a good perspective if you can handle it.

There were some shirts the Elknut sold in the past. I purchased one back then in olive green that is now full of holes that i still proudly wear when I'm in the field (although my gf and daughter would like to see retired. I also have two others in White and Black that i proudly wear during the weekends and i can dress in jeans and a t-shirt. That would be great if there are new items made available and would definitely purchase.

Mine's still putting out the good mojo. ;-)

Looks right at home between the lion and wolf skulls under a bull.

Paul... I did the fireplace myself. Not bad but nothing like your masterpiece.
