It will be headlined & run by Les Welch, he is a Personal Trainer out of Wisconsin & really knows his stuff from running, lifting weights, cardio, etc. He's also into nutrition & has personally helped me out & he can help you out as well if looking for some guidance in this area! Whether you workout at home or in a gym Les can help us all & share exercises that my be specific to our specific age group! We all know we are not 25 anymore, some are most aren't he can help us all out, please stop by His Forum & say howdy & see what he has in store for the next week or so! I know it will be interesting! The Holidays can be tough on us all, food is everywhere, we may need to burn a bit of it off! (grin)
