I applied for a special permit and a NR BG Combo in MT. Based on draw odds and stats from previous years I assumed what I put in for would get me one of the tags.

Sure enough, I got the big game combo and still pending for the special permit! Going west with deer/elk tags in my pocket!!! C'MON SEPTEMBER!!!
