Packing em Out

Postby TurkeyBowMaster » 09 08, 2016 •  [Post 1]

They say if women didn't forget the pain of childbirth we wouldn't have brothers and sisters. Packing an elk out solo must be close because I Havnt forgot it. Is was easily the single most difficult thing I've done. Similarly to pouring concrete, you only got so much time to get it done. I guess not killing is a concellation prize for many, I'm usually not that fortunate as I always kill. I feel like I am headed into the fire, and like Ole Red that started hollering before getting turnt loose on the old bo hog.

Pain is soon to unleash itself!!!

Try packing a moose out solo,.. well it was down hill a bit over 300 yards,..

Enjoy the pain while you can ;)

If you dont find someone with pack animals. Just in case something big is too far out. I found an outfitter who will have his wife and son pack out any animal: $200
