How many weapons?

Postby WapitiTalk1 » 06 22, 2016 •  [Post 1]

Just curious, how many types of weapons do you cats hunt big game with each year? I guess the various options I can think of would be Archery Gear, Muzzle Loader, Rifle/Modern Firearm, Shotgun, Big Bore Pistol, and Crossbow.

4 weapons for the whitetail seasons.

I start out with a crossbow for archery season, than move to muzzleloader. For gun season a 12 ga or 30-30 depending on the hunt conditions/terrain for the day.

Hunted with the bow, muzzleloader a few times, and even a rifle a couple of times. Only did any shooting with the bow though.

2 (Usually only 1)- Mathews DXT and a Remington 870-12 gauge, only if shotgun season has arrived for Whitetail and I still have a buck tag in my pocket.
