Colorado statistics help!

I'm trying to figure out how to read the statistics for the OTC archery tags to figure out what unit I'd have the best chance at getting a elk. I'm mostly interested in units close to New Mexico. I've been looking at 80 or 81 for the simple fact I've got friends that hunted and lived in those units but I'm willing to go anywhere. Any and all help would be much appreciated.

The stats for last year have not been reported yet. However the 2013 stats show that you have a 13% chance in unit 80 and a 15% chance in unit 81 that is for all methods of take.

Thanks H2O but how did you find that info I've been looking I just can't seem to figure out how to find what I'm looking for
