Looking for Info on CO Unit 71

Do any of you guys have any reports or advice on Colorado Unit 71for elk? I have done some research but am always open to more advice. TIA.

A buddy and I are starting to plan our bow hunt for next year and unit 71 is on the short list. We have gone over the statistics provided by the state and they seem to be about average. I am somewhat familiar with the area as my family has a cabin just outside of Dolores but have never extensively explored the woods for elk. We are planning to hunt for 5-7 days and set up a spike camp. I wanted to get a few takes on elk activity, are there typically large crowds of hunters, access points, things I should know about the unit, etc... I know the request is pretty ambiguous but we are just trying to find the most information possible so we can make a decision and start asking more specific questions. TIA.
