LoL about the bear. No she's just hamming it up for the camera.

One advantage of living in elk country. 90 miles from my door to the trail head. I'll be in the next two weekends, then the rest of the season starting the 12th if necessary.

Hi Dan

Just wondering how your tent extension/vestibule works for you? I have the same tent and have been thinking about getting one of the vestibules. Have a great season and best of luck to you.

I really like both the tent and vestibule. What is not in the picture is the piece of indoor/outdoor carpet I put in the vestibule to give it a "floor" which makes it great for taking off muddy boots before going in the tent. It's also a great storage area for chairs, etc. that you don't want in the tent but you want out of site when you are away from camp. We actually set up a cot in the vestibule last year for an extra buddy to keep warm when the temp dropped below his comfort level in his hammock.

I've had this tent / vestibule for several years and for the last 3 years it stays set up for the month of September. Before that it was a family camping tent used several times over the summer.
