Wapiti River Outdoors

Postby Gselkhunter » 07 17, 2014 •  [Post 1]

Since the seminar I gave a few weeks back I have been calling on Wapiti River Outdoors calls. Travis is making a very good product and I am going to use it. I have been calling on Hunter's Specialties and High Plains calls for over 20yrs[still have my favorite 3.5 left], so to leave these calls took a very good call.
If Travis is making a product that will switch me you should give them a try.

Travis's calls have a unique design that allow them to mold to my palate. I think that has a lot to do with the ease of use, and it allows me to be more versatile with the sounds I can produce. Very impressed with these diaphragm calls!

I actually used his one of his double reed elk calls to call in both turkeys and a coyote this Season. I called the coyote in to under 5 feet from me!
Best of Luck,

I've had the pleasure of hearing the work that GSE is doing with the WRO reeds, and let me tell you, he can make those puppies sing! I can't encourage everybody who hasn't at least tried a WRO reed to give them a chance - the current lineup is full of absolutely dynamite calls, and we are constantly designing and testing in order to ensure that we will continue to bring you innovative reeds in the future.
