Very cool. And from a very cool place! Did you visit Big Pine Key to get it? I spent the better part of a summer there during grad school trapping key deer. If you've never been, you gotta check out those tiny little deer!! That's an adult doe in the picture with me!

Sorry to hijack!

I LOVE Big Pine Key! Little Lost key too.... for the tavern. I've only been to the Keys once. I have a friend from Ontario who rents waterfront houses for a month each winter. He invited me down so I took him up on it. The deer were so cool. One night I got up to take a leak and noticed the motion sensor kicked on the light outside. I went out in my underwear and was feeding the deer carrots. This one buck was making no bones about the fact that he wanted them. He would come by even during the day. He'd walked right up to me and nudged my arms yanking them right out of my hand.

I have a buddy from Pa who's about to move to Cape Coral. He's ridden down to Key West a bunch of times. We were just talking about plans for me to jump on the bike and ride down to visit him and both hitting the Keys. Heaven on Earth!

I picked this piece up in the tourist trap of the west, Jackson Hole. $900! Limited numbered. It was made by a guy from Washington state. Had to have it! I like the way he added color by heating the steel. It's 3 dimensional with multi layers. Very heavy. The pic doesn't do it justice.
