Thanks guys, It was a great day to be in the woods, My Dad drew a N idaho bull moose tag and we boated across a lake to get a remote location that friend had seen a bull during his elk season.
No moose for dad but this little guy waddled across the trail in front of us. At first we thought it was a bobcat but it moved to slow. once we found it in the brush and saw it was a cougar cub ,we went on full alert looking for momma. Very rare encounter for sure.
