Leaving your vehicle at the trailhead.

What do you do when you hike in for let's say a 2 week hunt. Do you unhook your battery etc? After sitting for a possible 2 weeks would hate to have a dead battery.

My truck's electronics will not draw the battery down in two weeks.

With the newer trucks, without a battery you could not lock or unlock the doors. :(

2 weeks should not affect it, I just lock and leave it.

Two weeks is a long time for use to be gone away. We usually come out every 4-5 days to resupply and usually start our trucks then.
