just like elk now, I was the same way for the first couple of years with turkeys. its amazing how quickly your confidence level increases after you get one down. unlike elk, I get to look at turkeys every day and see where they like to be.... and after almost 20 years of hunting them, I feel like I have a good read on what and why they do things. if the wife goes again this year, we could three turkey dinners this year!

thank you jeff. my drive to turkey hunt took a serious decline this year. I felt like I was already complete but since i all ready had a tag, I went out this morning after work..... see the I also got a jake thread in the turkey section
