hey ELKNUT!! how about a GPS tutorial?

what we talked about.

i have checked out books from the library, and just end up mucho confused.

i used USGS maps that list the DATUM and the units..but my units are not that UTM UPS that you mention..not a neat decimal number..mine are in..

i guess..first..what maps are you using? i shoot a pic of the legend in my map later tonight..

i thought i was smarter than this :(

Hey Cliff, no problem! I will do a Tutorial on GPS & Map usage! Thanks for asking! There's a bit more than just changing to UTM Grid!

all my "self lessons" seem to want to end in my spiking my new Rino 520 into the ground. hahah..
