Super mild winters, 7-8 months of snow, not bad. 300" average snowfall, -10 to -20 below, snow drifts you can barley throw a snowball over, and crazy drivers from the valley that think 4 wheel drive will keep them on an icy snow covered road at 65mph.

McCall winters aren't to bad, but we do have snow 7 months out of the year (in town, the mtns will hold it for 8 to 9 months). Last year was the first year, since 1960, our local ski hill didn't make the 300" annual snow fall, it had 290. We will see temps drop down to -20s but not to often, mostly hangs around the teens to single digits. You have to like snow to like living in McCall year round.
