Gonna Try a Car Show

Well, I'm taking big red into a car show tomorrow on Ft. Lewis. They have an Independence Day gala with carnival, music, cholesterol mocking food, and.... a classic car show. I know my old rust bucket is not show material but I've never really been to one and am going in to park the old girl, walk around and look at the really nice cars, and see what's it's all about. After I perhaps get a 2 inch trophy for the "reddest" car on the plant, it's back home for a BBQ at the neighbors.. What are you cats doing for our nation's Independence Day tomorrow? RJ, I was stationed at Fort Lewis back in the early 80s. Hope you get enough sunshine so people can catch a glare off that Candy Apple machine of yours!

Played a 3rd of July Party last night followed by a Fireworks Show....I'm recovering today!

Didn't get one of the top three trophies. There was some great cars present today! In the muscle car division, a gorgeous 69 Camaro took top honors, a very nice 70 Mach 1 took second, and a dang 70 Chevelle took 3rd. Great time though..
