Ah, I see that I do have a point, but don't see any results, successful or not, for the 2nd choice tag that I put in for.

Same here eltaco. If I dont pull a second choice tag, it will be the 1st time I have not drew a tag out here in eastern Colo. in 41 years.. That would wreck a perfectly good year!Guess I'd just have to hunt Neb as its only 8 miles away..

2nd choice results [and 3rd...4th] dont show up until the official results are posted, prob in a week or so.
The backdoor successful hunt codes [500 series] arent changed yet, even on 1st choice

I drew a 2nd choice deer tag and I wasn't even really trying. Normally, I only put in for PP. I drew it in the area I hunt elk the last 2 weeks of September. I don't hunt there the first 3 weeks of elk season.

When I went scouting the area, I saw the same buck 2 nights in a row, 60 yards from my tent. I said what the heck, I will get a tag. This buck did not even scare with me standing there in the wide open at 40 yards in a bright red rain jacket. Seriously, do mule deer really do that? The mulies coming to my yard do not.
