Insomnia wouldn't suck as much if we had an Elknut Chat option . . . I'm sure that you and I are not the only ones with insomnia, last night I was just rolling around thinking . . . if I put my headlamp on . . . I could get some yard work done.

An Elk-Chat area would be awesome!!! LckyTylr, I did somewhat of the same. I couldn't sleep Monday night, so I threw on my head lamp, and went out and overseeded and fertilized my lawn at 11:30 at night!

When i cant sleep i take a 1/2 of my wifes anxiety pills and lights out in about 20 minutes for the whole night, i normally sleep very well though.

Been a way of life for me for years. I'm sure that if the doctors are right, I have reduced my life expectancy already. 1/2 a Vicaden will do the trick as well.
