Archery League

Archery league started last night.
My son and I participated in a great time!

Its a 6 week league. 10 lanes, 2 targets/lane.
You shoot different stances and positions [from a blind, kneeling 2 knees, 1 knee, sitting, and normal]

True hunting gear allowed. No stablizers longer than 12in or scopes

Scoring is 12/10/8/5 with a max 240 for the session.
My score was 191 and my son's was 158

Each week is supposed to get more difficult

cnelk, i got invited to that league to shoot with a guy i work with. i cant cause my bow is still in storage but im gonna go over with him tomorrow and watch. if your gonna be around there sometime in the next six weeks let me know, i would love to meet you.

No place to shoot around here any more. But we used to have a shop that did the bowhunter league stuff. We had christmas trees and brush set up to make it really interesting. LOL!

i shot the league tonite, and i did awful. but considering i havnt shot in about 5 mos and ive only shot this bow 10 times before we moved and i was using a new arrow it went well. absolutely had a blast.

I am shooting both the compound class and traditional class

i may end up going next tues instead, maybe i will see you then. i didnt shoot well and didnt shoot last week at all so hope they dont post mine, lol. i had a blast though
