This is always a great reminder. The "pocket" is larger and further forward than many think.

Totally agree. You CANNOT go straight up the front edge of the leg. Anything behind that is good until you get way too far back.

What a disappointment. I was hoping to see tenderloins, sirloin, round steak and flank steak. Who wants to see guts and bone? :D
