24 hour slow simmered-pulled elk BBQ

Postby Jhg » 05 11, 2022 •  [Post 1]

Tonight we will be using some slow simmered elk neck to make BBQ pulled sliders. Here is the foundation of a quick and easy (not including the 24 hrs) meal that is so close in flavor to the high end BBQ place downtown (that winds up being over $100 any time we get take out there) the kids don't complain.

One of my favorites. I also mix it Mexican and make tacos with it. I don't have the patience though so I use the pressure cooker.
I hunt therefore I am. I fish therefore I lie.
