April 2022 Photo of the Month contest

The April 2022 WapitiTalk.com Photo of the Month Contest Theme is: “Freestyle”. Yep, post up a great outdoor photo, theme is up to you.

1. One photo submission allowed per month, per member (yep, stinky MODs may enter a photo also).
2. Photo must relate to the monthly theme (or risk being disqualified).
3. Do not use photo editing software to enhance your photo. Just post the photo as it was taken with your camera, smart phone, trail cam, etc. You may have to resize some photos so they are accepted by the forum software; remember, photos can only be 800X600 pixels "MAX" for our forum.
4. You may use older photos you have on hand, but, do not submit a photo that has won a previous WT photo contest.
5. Any WT member may enter a photo they have taken or appear in.
6. Judging – WT members will vote on monthly photo submissions.
7. Contest period will normally end the last day of the month.
8. Winner must contact WapitiTalk1 via PM and provide mailing address for prize (your prize may be sent directly from a WT sponsor or from RJ).
9. Prizes will vary from month to month.
10. All monthly winners will be automatically entered into the "photo of the year" contest.

The prize for the April 2022 contest is (to be determined).

I’m afraid to post an entry! LOL

But what the hay. We have lots of pictures relating to animals and scenery. The theme of my picture this month is camaraderie. This group is a bunch of really tight knit friends and family who also happens to put a ton of game on the ground. Well respected in SW Pa as some of the most avid and successful hunters around. Believe it or not this is the average day in January. Late season deer drives. Many a youth hunter has punched his or her first deer tag on these hunts. Great days, great memories!

I was going to enter this. But I thought maybe a few people would say it was photoshopped so I went with a more believable red checkered tablecloth.

My yellow lab just had puppies. they are 5 weeks old. I have ammo for years. Don't tempt me you heathens!

My son's first fish he hooked all by himself. This was about this time last year, so he was 3.5 years old.

Ok I’m changing my entry! Rory skip my nice friendly camaraderie picture!

If we’re going to battle it out with pictures of dogs I’m going with this one. But instead of cute little ones I’m going with big dead ones! This is my O-fficial entry for the month. Hell of a day! We’ve trapped wolves before but never 2 in the same day. Their hides and skulls get sold to pay for gas and time to trap more!
