Yep, crazy. I know they were jumping a fence but I'm sure this stuff happens in nature too. Hopefully the meat was able to be used.

Happens around Swede's treestand about once a year!

Always kind of sad seeing how nature and man made things kill wildlife, Ive taken two antelope out of fences, weasel and a GW teal out of a upended culvert, deer out of an irrigation ditch. Killed 5 deer with my pickups

On my way ut to elk cam always lots of big game car kills

RMEF has been doing fence clean ups. ,, This fall hiking back to camp, barbed wire sent me to the ground hard.
