Browning customer service.

Postby six » 03 01, 2016 •  [Post 1]

I just want to give a shout out to Browning customer service. I have a Browning Dark Ops trail camera. A few weeks ago while swapping SD cards I broke the latch on the door to the camera. It didn't help that it was -7 degrees. What was I thinking? I sent Browning customer service an email about the latch. I received a new latch in less than a week. My camera is up and running again. Thanks Browning.

I emailed them and told them that all my spec ops cameras take about 50% white out pics, and in areas of dappled light they cant distinguish between night and day, and that they regularly miss large animals inside their advertised detection range. They pretty much told me " our cameras get good reviews, get bent"
