My new (used) camp

Bit the bullet this year and upgraded my camp from the 4 person alaskan tent,which just fit my cot, and not much else, to the 12x12 alaknak outfitter tent,vestible, and barrel stove. It means one more trip to the truck to pack in the stove,but will be well worth it in the below freezing mornings,and rainy days, no more putting on frozen boots!
I found the alaknak in boise ID. in the bargain cave,and saved 250.00 on the tent.
Bought the stove on sale,saved 40.00 there, then when I got the stove,somebody dropped it,and dinged the corner.Called cabelas, and they knocked another 50.00 off the stove,in the form of gift certificate! I just filed the burr off,and good to go.
Found the vestible at another store, in the bargain cave..... at half price! Saved another 125.00.I'm very exited to add a level of comfort to the hunt,and will post a pic of the new setup.

We bought the 12 x 20 alaknak and love it, The only thing is to burn off the stove before you put in in you tent. We smoke our self out by not knowing that.

LOL, just burned it off in the back yard,man that paint stinks! Can't amagine that smell in the tent. Read all the reviews,and very exited, should be here end of the week.

I have the same 12x12 alaknak tent. Got it new off ebay. Someone bought it and never used it. Still in original sealed boxes. Got the roof protector,floor protector and entry extension. Also got a 3 dog stove so I am looking forward to a warm hunt this year.
