The Piranta is what I carry. They are available everywhere, check Amazon.

I have the original model but there is now a model that features a thicker blade that is less likley to break with heavy handed use. I'd look into getting the heavier blades if getting a new one.

Piranta in the field if you only took one. I have that and the bigger Filet style one. The bigger one works great for processing meat.
