This being mainly an elk forum, I was wondering how many of you are RMEF memeber? This will be my first year being on my local chapters committee. I have my first meeting tonight and am really excited to lend a hand to help the elk here in KS and everywhere.

I've never been. I can only join so many groups, and usually target groups that do the most for conservation. Or have the best magazines I should look into where $ goes in RMEF a little closer, because I honestly don't know a whole lot about them.

Member here also.. One of the founding members is from my home town in MT (Charlie Decker).. The organization done a lot to both preserve and establish elk land.. And yes, the magazine is very good.

I'm a member, and we had a booth at the big RMEF Show in Las Vegas this Year. It was great having so many elk hunters in one place, we had a blast, and sold a lot of SLIP Systems.

I'm a member. I've served on numerous banquet committee's but where I live now doesn't have a chapter so I haven't done that in a while. I quit them for a while over their lack of stance toward wolves but under the new leadership joined back up and I'm glad I did.

RMEF Member and Committee Member of my local chapter. Bob Munson, Co Founder, was at our banquet in March and I had the privlidge to spend a lot of time with him discussing the past, present and future of RMEF. His appreciation of volunteers and members was expressed with a lot of emotion. He knows deep in his heart without the volunteers putting in hours of work that RMEF would not be what it is today.
