Pentax scopes

Anybody here have any experience with them or their warranty policy? I just put a Pentax gameseeker on a rifle and after two rounds I went to adjust the magnification and the reticles turn clockwise and counterclockwise as I adjust the ring. And I don't mean they move slightly, I can turn the horizontal reticle to a vertical position or further.

Can't speak for scopes, but I've send in DCF binos before with binding eye cups and I had them back in a couple weeks all fixed up free of charge.

I think they'll take good care of you.
