Leica Warranty came thru for me. thankfully.

i hear horror stories of Leica's warranty love. like as in there is none.

i use my binoculars for hunts. hard hunts. for four years, i have come out unscathed. but a few month ago, it looked like a dragged a diamond across the front lens. i was crushed. i took them back to the shop and they sent them to Germany on my behalf. shop manager was sympathetic and felt he had more horsepower with Leica since he sells so much of their stuff. (the shop is droolingly sexy full of gear. mostly cameras, but an entire wall for the sportsman)

i have an AZ hunt coming up, and i was just about to pull the trigger on a pair of Vortex Razors. i kid you not, i was going to buy them yesterday. i got a call from the shop in the nick of time. my binos showed up unannounced!! they are fixed...free.

going to pick them up friday..so i can take my wife to date night as well (two hour drive)

glad she will be there, because i am loving Leica and the shop guy really wants to get me into the new Ultravid HD's..hahahha..like my current Ultravid HD's are outdated or something. shhhhhh..i kinda want to drop down in size to the 10x42's
