VIAM MAKES GREAT QUILTS

Just got mine today will be testing it out in a couple of weeks looks great and sure does pack down small, cut my bag weight in half and dropped down from a 40 degree bag and went with a 10 degree quilt. Never used a quilt before but if it performs as good as it looks i wont have any problems..

Sorry but this may be a stupid question! Is the quilt an addition to your sleeping bag to make it warmer or a replacement for your sleeping bag?

A quilt is an alternative to a traditional bag and we are able to save weight as you do not carry around 1/4 of the wasted weight for the part you lay on in a bag.

With a quilt, you just have to have a high R valvue pad for your insulation.

I don't have any pics ,but I will get some and post up. Did black on blaze orange with orange snaps looks really good. I cant believe it stuffs into the stuff sack ! and when it comes out it puffs up like a wet sponge, you can watch it grow.
