Latex free calls

My girlfriend has a latex allergy and I'm trying to find her latex free calls so she can learn to call since we drew elk tags. If anyone knows where I can find something she can use would be appreciated. I have a couple of primo bugle tube station that has silicon reeds for bugging but I'm not big on how the sound for cow calls.

Thanks man! I forgot about her allergy last year and had her try one of my reeds bad idea lol. She wants to learn it by using her voice but we can't find anything to help her learn that way ether.

Hi Matt,

Most mouth reeds use latex so they will be no good for her.

Your best bet will be open mylar type reeds or bite and blow style of reeds. Both do a good job with cow and calf sounds.

I would also recommend you get her a Hoochie Momma from Primos. tell her to use it very sparingly though.

On a side note I am currently working on a non latex mouth reed but I am only in the prototype stages and do not have a reed available as of yet. I'll post it up when I have it ready.

I'd be interested in picking up multiple of these for my wife as well. Currently she uses a Mylar external and get the job done.
