Anyone know where I can get these heavier Vap Inserts?

Paul, are those the stainless steel ones? Like these: http://www.lancasterarchery.com/victory-vap-penetrator-stainless-steel-broadhead-adapter.html

Are you shooting VAPs? I shot them with the SS inserts 2 years ago. I had something like a 470g arrow with 18%FOC. They shot great and penetrated unbelievably. I double lunged a mulie at 73 yards and couldn't find the arrow---it just kept going. However, I found them to be 1) not very durable and broke a lot of shafts and 2) hard to keep those SS inserts in. I tried everything, and those SS inserts would just pull out inside targets.

Paul, just put the finishing touches on my Victory Vap 1 arrows. I know this is not what you ask about but I used the Firenock outserts. Extremely pleased so far. After several practice outings I can tell you these things fly like darts and penetrate like nobody's business.

My buddy where we built the arrows has a professional indoor range with the big 3x5 block targets. First time he had ever seen an arrow go through one.

Outserts seem to be great. Sink them in my rinehart target and no problems.

Any update on these inserts? Looking for a solution besides the aluminum ones...

Brandon, yes those are the Inserts we are using. I'd like to check into the firenock ones as well. Don't know their weight though so will check that out too. Thanks!
