Which GPS App?

A group of 4 of us are going on a Colorado trip together and I'd like to find a GPS that will we can all get that will do the following: be able to display topo and aerial while offline, and be able to share the maps between us, after we all purchase the app, since some of live a good distance from each other. I think I've narrowed it down to onX Hunt and Gaia based on some of the commonly used apps mentioned here. But I can't find out whether I can share a map between all of us or not. Does anybody know if either of these apps can do that?

IMO the onx hunt maps are going to be the best. im not sure how well they share, frankly I prefer the paper map.. easier for me to use.. no batteries to charge. One thing to note about these gps, in colorado YOU are responsible for knowing whos land your on.. you can get a violation for trespass even if the place is not posted... with that said there is no gpd out there that is accurate enough with property lines.. you will need to stop by the county extension office and get property maps. I learned this last year hunting some land and a warden popped up to check my tags. informed me of how close I was to private even though i showed him on my gps and he told me that while they are excellent tools they do not show true land owners. I think the updated onXhunt maps have the most up to date info possible, but its worth it to stop in the office and double check..

I understand what you're saying powderhogg. I did download the trial app of onX and was impressed. It seems fairly easy to use. I'm not too concerned about the private land boundaries since we won't be anywhere near any, but we will be close to GMU boundaries, which may come in handy with onX. Thanks for your reply

In there Mark Parson indicates HuntStand is a good app for being able to share maps/waypoints/notes.
