i asked a question, and they emailed back FAST!

my scope went wonkers. the rubber.knob keeps spinning on the shaft, making it tough to zoom. the rubber came unglued from the aluminum. with gloves in the cold..zooming isnt happening.

got the paperwork..now i just have to remember to take it to work to send it off.

Vortex warranty service is awful painless!!

They are wonderful. I live about 30 minutes from their HQ and have just dropped off stuff to be warrantied. Shows up in the mail fixed a few days later.
