Lighted sight in Wyoming?

Are you allowed to use a lighted sight in Wyoming? Their website and regulations are so confusing, I can't find any of the information that I need.

Yes you can. It is confusing. I asked the G&F and as long as a sight doesn't project a light to the target it is OK.

Is this recent? I always thought lights were no go, been a few years since I hunted there though!
