Helle hunting knives

Postby Stefan » 11 21, 2013 •  [Post 1]

Anyone looking for a new hunting knife should consider Helle knives. They are the best knives I have ever used. Great for all hunting and butchering, other manufacturers just don't make knives of this quality. Just check them out

I love em! I just purchase the blades and put custom handles on them, usually elk antler. Buglemaster does the same.

Bill, Sure the knife buried at the bottom of the bottom crate

This is a Nying blade, inserted into a short piece of elk antler from a shed I found.

I ran rounded the edges of the antler off using a belt sander, then epoxied the whole thing together.

Very easy to sharpen. I love it.

Dana: Here is another idea for you. I use 2 finger guards and 2 leather spacers on the ones I've been making lately. I think it dresses them up a little.
